Contact us by email before returning the products: shop@wearebof.com In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only to items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, order number, phone number, email and address. Please note that BOF webshop does not cover any shipping costs for return shipments from outside of Finland.
All Shipments are handled within 3 business days from the order. Customers shall receive a tracking number once the Shipment is on its way. All Shipments are handled individually and are carefully packed.

I made an order, where is it now? Your order is either in handling or already on its way to you. Order confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided (please also check your Spam-folder). All orders will be processed in order of arrival. All Shipments are handled within 3 business days from the order. Once the order is picked up from our warehouse and registered by the transport company, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details from the transport company. In case you have not received such email within a week from your order, you may request the tracking details directly from us by sending an email to shop@wearebof.com What is your delivery time? Handling time for all orders is 3 business days.The standard shipping times (after the order has been handled and sent) for the parcels are: Finland: 1-4 business days, EU: 4-7 business days and International: 5-14 business days. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we take only online card payments. Where can I find the size charts? Do you carry lady fit shirts? Currently all our shirts and hoodies are unisex sizes. We will add a size chart to our website in the future. However, our products now are standard EU-sizing, so if you usually wear for example a size M t-shirt, most likely our size M t-shirt will also be a perfect fit for you. What are your delivery options? What does shipping to my country cost? Currently we ship worldwide via Posti. The easiest way to find out shipping costs to your country is by adding a product to the cart and checking the shipping price from the checkout. Please note that our shipping prices DO NOT include any customs duties or possible taxes you may have to pay if you live outside of the European Union. What do I do if I receive a defective product / something is missing from my order / the parcel was damaged during transport? Please contact shop@wearebof.com as soon as possible and we will provide you with further instructions based on the specific situation. Product X is out of stock, when will it be back in stock again? It depends. If the product in question is one of our “core products” such as the BOF Hoodie, we have probably already ordered more of it if it has gone out of stock from the webshop. If the item in question is related to a single release (for example the “No Hope For The Hopeless” product line) it may be a limited edition only.
